In my humble opinion judging whether BM is art/very detailed or whatsoever can't be done. Every person will have a different attitude towards whether a certain music genre is well sounding/enjoyable.

For me some black metal is definitely art, but other stuff is just way too monotone for me. One thing that majorly disturbs me is that "über gr1m and kvlt"-attitude which is featured in every single song. Having a main theme for one song/album is really fine for me but why making the whole discography so monotone lyrics/topic-wise?

In my opinion BM scene doesn't need people like you. People who just want to make fun of it are so lame. Again, BM isn't for everyone and obviously you aren't one of them. BM isn't commercial and hopefully it never will be, so the true atmosphere of it can remain.
