I made impulses of the 2x12 a band brought to me when I was reamping their EP I am mixing. Emperor 2x12s cab, with a v30 and m65 creamback. Sm57 on axis for the v30, Heil Pr20 off axis for the creamback, into a wa273 with tone (impedance) switch in, running pretty hot on the preamp gain with a backed off output. Did a pass with a 6505+ and a dual rec (el34s and tube rectifiers).

The setup was actually very mid prominent but the impulses dont seem to reflect that as much. Tested with Neural Nolly and Plini and they worked well enough to keep. Let me know what you guys think.
