i had a terrible time getting a job when i was in high school. mostly because i lived in a college town. no shortage of people willing to work part time jobs

It's a very solid compilation. It was some of the first black metal I heard. The second disc has a lot of nice rarities on it. Still, ITNE is a better purchase, being widely held as one of the top BM albums ever.

When i was getting into metal, this was one of the first albums I bought. it's decent enough, but I would recommend buying the individual albums. As most people have said, ITNE is the place to start.

In The Nightside Eclipse is the place to start, it's where I started and a great introduction to Emperor.
