the polls are fine and all, but it could have been done in ONE thread, you could choose for every album in one post, no need to have a separate thread for each album. it was borderline spam =/

i think it was a nice idea, its brought fun to the forum and an opening for debate and discussion. theres alot of shitty threads that you fellas could bash on, why pick the genuinely interesting, fun one? because the frontpage looks like a mess? Lol my heart breaks for you
besides, the old threads havent been erased they are still there, all you have to do is scroll down a little bit OR perhaps go to page 2 (god forbid!). having one thread may have been another idea, but my guess would be that it would get cluttered and confused very quickly and it would be smoother to have a separate poll for a separate album, but whats done is done

These polls are well thought out. There is a wide participation in them, so the results will be really accurate! Actually I believe that these survivor polls are the best polls I've ever seen here.

Worst part is these survivor polls are spreading to every fucking bands board that I visit.

Every single instance of trying to determine the best Opeth song has failed. Every single voter will have changed his mind in a week. The best 10 Opeth songs all beat each other, like rock paper scissors, but more complex and more Swedish. Your shit is futile and this is the first time I've actually worried that something useful could be getting knocked off the last page, despite that we have 600ish of them.

This is the best poll posted here for a while, so I'm thanking you and appreciate the time you took to make it. Now when someone is going to tell "Well the best song on Morningrise is Advent, everyone knows that" we will be able to reply "But that's not what 100 huge Opeth fans thought about it, sorry".
For those who complain
Stop being so mean, take it easy. It's just an internet page and your participation here is not important enough to really annoy yourself. If the main page is full of these polls, why are you complaining? Just make a thread if you have something more useful to say instead of crying here. That's just ridiculous. Most people on this forum should try to become a little bit more positive.
