and also you could be right they're custom'd to their own specs (number of frets you can probably notice are diff and paint jobs) But i'm not sure, can a jacskon pro confirm this?
 
on the nice purple flame top one I think I see the word "custom"...not to mention its a reverse headstock and a AAAA+ top...which is usually custom order when found together, unless its an older US dinky model...

dont know what the other one is from that pic, could be anything, even a Ibanez...

this should be moved to MC...
 
they do not look like JS1s or DX10D's.

here is why:

1. the one on the right has dot inlays, while the DX10D has fins. It's not a JS1 either because the bridge the guy has is much better. I would be able to tell more if I could see the controls.

2. the one on the left doesn't look like either one either for the same reasons, plus it looks like he has hotrail pickups, but his hand covers most of it so I am not certain.

If I had to guess, I'd say they are both custom Dinkys or Soloists.
