I'm not 'anti-mod', what kind of childish thing is that. I just like things to be fair and make sense, and unfortunately a lot (not all) of your decisions around here are severely lacking both aforementioned qualities.

I don't see how the moderators are being unfair, if anything I think they are going too easy on some users.

Reading up to here (which has been quite interesting) strangely reminded me of Pres. Bush! The one with the "power", yet always loses! Hmph, anyhow. I agree with Deron in the fact that he simply doesn't delete the post for the fuck of it, his reasons make sense to me. You tell me that anyone with "common sense" will not take the internetz seriously, but sadly, MANY lack common sense. Frankly, I know more who have NO common sense than do. Tell me that you don't think the local abused child who is filled with drugs stubbles upon this and may not do it? I don't believe that Deron/website would be held responsible. My idea has always been that if your child does something fuck'd up, it's completely their parents fault. But I do see a moral standpoint to this, where Deron may not want people to simple see these ideas.
Personally, I don't think it's an issue and agree with Heart + Co. If they are going to stick a tampoon up their arse, they are likely to fuck them selfs up in the future anyhow. But, I can see Deron's view as well. No issue is black and white like my dad always told me when I was little...annoyed the fuck out of me. "Ingenting e svart eller vitt". Gah.
