Dude do you follow the way courts act/behave any more? It may NOT hold up, but you know how much unnecessary and countless (at times) money it costs to fight something that won't hold up in court? I for one don't have the funds to want to find out I can tell you that.

If you're talking about the countless emails/PMs I got from you at any given time trying to beat a dead horse, yes, abso-friggin-lutely I ignored and deleted many. I always read them though, but if there was nothing new to say, I chose not to waste my breath on something I had already said before.

You said you could be sued if some child by chance tries to stick a tampon with booze up his ass because he read about it on your site. By that same precedent then, if a kid heard about a story on the news, the media could be held accountable. It's not as if the thread was PROMOTING OR ENCOURAGING it, it was simply laughing at it. And to be quite honest, I can't recall banning for his post alone, but more for the followup replies which started to get into methods and stories about personal attempts etc. - or likelihood of doing so.

First off, WoW isn't focused to children as I know more adults that play that thing that children. That's a woman in that story, not a teen/child (or it would have been deleted) and the chances of underage girls playing the game and offering their self up sexually to get items is a stretch vs. the ease of someone trying the tampon thing in the privacy of their own home.
