eq analyzer and matcher?

is there a VST EQ/analyzer that can analyze one mono track (of a guitar lets say) and then apply that to another track such that whatever is lacking or in excess in that 2nd track is auto-corrected to exactly match the first?

or is it just a manual thing after you analyze it?
