Equipment Hire in the UK

Has anyone got any recommendations for places to hire equipment in the UK? I've got a session starting in July and we need a good hire company that we know we can trust.

I'm looking mainly for mics and preamps, but I'm also after a nice high-gain guitar amp or two (pref. an Engl Savage/Powerball but I can't find anywhere with one).
