Error with Joey Sturgis' Samples

I bought the Master One Cymbals pack from the Sturgis Sample website, cost me 60 bucks or so.

I had issues loading the Multi into Kontakt 4, it would crash, with a generic error message "Unknown Error" and then a minidump log would be created that you have to send away to Native Instruments to have analysed..

Has anyone successfully used the Sturgis samples at home/in studio?

Or subsequently, have they had/heard of issues with these?

I emailed the only email address that i could find on that website, explained my problem and heard nothing back..
