ESP 2008 Line-up

Is it me or is the new line-up just not as good as past years? I mean, there are a few nice looking guitars, but nothing with the big "WOW" factor that I always think of with ESP.

The FM 808 looks cool. The new Ninja doesn't look right without the mirror pick guard. I would love an OLD Ninja with a Floyd on it.

25.5" scale neck on an 8 string? I'm curious how well that would work out. I wonder how much it will be. The only 8 strings out now are expensive as hell.

I really like the FM 408, like a Schecter with 8 strings, but why 25.5?! I like the carpenter as well, but not the middle positioned PU. And why no new 7s!
