Point is: there should be a test to see whether your smart enough to vote or just another idiotic dumbass willing to vote for the next guy with a good smile willing to bomb other countries/cut down yoru entire forests to ensure his bullshit economy continues to perform well.

We had that in American to keep Blacks form voting after the civil war. Literacy tests they were called.

AND we all know that was only introduced to make sure blacks couldnt vote.

My system is purely theoretical, and I only suggested it to highlight the fact that age is arbitrary (within reason) to intelligence and ergo a silly basis for deciding who to give the vote.
