SABATON Added To EVERGREY's Fall North American Tour

BraveWords.com has learned that hot on the heels of their spring support slot with ACCEPT, the military men of SABATON will be direct support to countrymen EVERGREY on their September tour of North America. A third, yet to be announced, band will also be on the bill. Evergrey kicks off their tour with a pair of special performances (one acoustic, the other, plugged in) at ProgPower USA, in Atlanta, GA, September 14th-17th. No chance. The package, arrival date, and routing for Sabaton were determined after the fact. My budget will not cover the cost to change it specifically for them.

My thoughts EXACTLY.

I'm also glad it's Sabaton, even though I'm not even really a fan. Better a band that I will at least enjoy seeing rather than some shitty dimb-a-dozen buy-on-support band. It also notes they're direct support, which indicates that the third band is even smaller than them, which means Evergrey will actually be the clear headliner and doing a full-length set. (sigh of relief)

I agree. I am hoping it is a band I also like so I can see two good bands and skip Evergrey. If not I will go to the Accept show. Hopefully dates and the last band band get announced soon.
