I'm just so sick of corruption in politics on every level. A well articulated commentary no doubt. I wish there was a centrist party in the U.S. that consisted of the moderate elements of both major parties. Perhaps that party could actually get something done for a change and learn how to fucking communicate instead of constantly confronting each other and serving only their own parties' needs instead of the needs of everyone.

Agreed Jason. For quite a while I've felt that there is no politician or political party that shares my views or even my interests. It frustrates the hell out of me, and I honestly sometimes feel helpless, like I'm just a passenger.

He wasn't pardoned yet as far as I know, his sentence was commuted, but that's just nitpicking since the pardon will likely follow anyway. I have to say, it pissed me off too.

For what it's worth, he absolutely shit-hammered the Dems after their 100th day in control of congress. I tend to think guys like Olbermann and Stewart have come off as far more left than they probably are, because of how far left Bush has pushed everybody who was in the middle.

I would agree with this and do think it's an important point. There's no question that Bush hasn't come close to reaching across the aisle in any way, shape or form.
