Being the grindcore-going guy I am, I take offense to that (not really, I just like defending my music.) Grindcore is not true metal, nor is it punk. Grindcore is its own seperate entity. The whole concept of grindcore is the fact that the possibilities thereof are endless. Whether it's that new-age hXc, shaggy-haired grindcore (pg.99, Daughters, Circle Takes the Square etc); The hard as shit, raw grind (Lock Up, Nasum, Cripple Bastards, Phobia, etc); or choc full of vomit gore (Regurgitate, Cattle Decapitation, Disgorge, etc) It can all be defined as grindcore, not metal. Sure metal and grind have similarities, a lot of different genres of music do. Other than that, nice comic.
