Anathema are completely amazing. I still have to get Alternative 4 and Crestfallen, though. My favourite so far is The Silent Enigma followed by Judgement.

i really like "judgement" and "serenades" the most... although i own them all and they are all good. even the radiohead-wannabe "a fine day to exit".

Love them, mostly from Eternity onwards though the doom albums are certainly impressive in their own right. Judgement is my favorite, though Alternative 4 is very close behind, such a bleak feeling throughout...

I have the entire back catalogue, and love all of it. I tend to listen to the newer stuff more, and I'm really enjoying " A Natural Disaster".

I have Serenades and Alternative 4 and I like them both very much. Certainly enough to get more Anathema one day.

yeah, i enjoy the newer stuff more than the older doom... dont know what it is about it
