I think the album is due for release in August. However, all us US fans will have to order it online, as they are no longer releasing albums here in the US.

Why not? I'll pay extra for an import copy.

I'm not sure why not. Metal Blade decided not to release copies in the US, for some reason. I think Stefan may have said why on the Falconer forums when it was announced, but I don't recall.

I love happy metal! However, I don't think Falconer ALWAYS sound overly happy by a long shot. Sometimes their music is melancholy, dark, and brooding.

It's a lovely ballad, but so sad. Which is the general theme of their ballads. Mathias' baritone gives the ballads a great melancholy sound.


But they have yet to write anything to top "The Clarion Call" (yes, not a ballad. Just my favorite song.)
