Familiar Melody

I don't know if anyone else noticed this or not, or even if any of you care...but is not the melody at 5:12 of "The Funeral Portrait" the same as the one at 0:46 of "Serenity Painted Death"?

No I didn't search so if there is already a thread about this I do not know.

Yes, not EXACTLY the same, but very VERY similar.

Another one I've noticed....
Compare the acoustic intro to "Benighted" to the acoustic intro from the debut album by "Camel" in 1973 the track "Never Let Go". They sound almost the exact same, just in a different key!

Well, yeah, the first half of the 'Never Let Go' riff is practically exactly the same as Benighted...note for note.

Compare the acoustic intro to "Benighted" to the acoustic intro from the debut album by "Camel" in 1973 the track "Never Let Go". They sound almost the exact same, just in a different key!

The only difference betwwen them is that the camel top notes are one step (Em scale) The first part that is... then the righthandpicking is very similar
