I'd go for Reek Of Putrefication myself probably just being sentimental though. It was re released a while ago with the flesh ripping sonic torment demo and a dvd. I was threatening to upgrade from the cassettes for ages so it was a good excuse

Necroticism is my favorite but I also really like Reek and Heartwork. I haven't heard Symphonies or Swansong

Symphonies is their best, as far as I'm concerned, closely followed by Necroticism. Reek of Putrefaction is tolerable. The less said about Heartwork the better, Swansong sucks even more.

Definitely Necroticism because of the creative song structures, but if I just went with my gut, I'd go with Heartwork because of the catchiness of the tunes (and because the songs sound better live).
