My vote clearly goes to SIMPSONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I first saw South Park I thought it was alright, but then I quickly got tired of it, as it's the same jokes over and over again I think. "Shut the fuck up, stupid fucker" and so on and so on. If I start watching it regularly I might find it better, but then I could just as well start watching "The nanny" as I'd be able to find funny stuff in that somewhere too.
By the way, I haven't seen any of the other nominees.

South Park and Simpsons are both great, but lately I've gotten a bit bored on simpsons, so I voted for South Park. SP was getting tired at some time (3rd and 4th season maybe, not sure) but I love the new episodes!

Futurama would've been a tough competitor for those too....
