Well, I was mainly going for the more mature audience oriented cartoons, or I woulda included Snoopy heh, Pinky & The Brain, X-Men, Tom & Jerry and a bunch of other stuff....
I like all those cartoons! I remember watching Ren and Stimpy and Rocko's Modern Life on Nickelodeon..then it turned gay and got rid of all the sweet shows like those two! I was mad. Why isnt The Critic on there? Wow..I'm getting a wave of nostalgia about my earlier youth...
Awwww. Out of the ones you listed, i'd have to say South Park, by an absolute whisker of preference. Ren And Stimpy and The Simpsons are equally favourite to me, I guess I can just recall having more laughs with South Park.
That would have been my vote for #1 as well. I have almost all of them on VHS. If they ever put it out on DVD I would pay a few hundred bucks no problem!
While the others have had their funny moments, The Simpsons is unquestionably the best. Homer is infinately quotable, I can rewatch any given episode over and over without getting tired of it, and the consistancy over a dozen seasons has made the Simpsons one of the best TV shows (never mind cartoons) out there.
