Truth. The only other one that sounds anything like In the Court would be Poseidon, and even that has its own sound.

Somebody tell me if Islands is any good, I've never heard it.

Love the smiley, and I only need to mention Epitaph to show that it's right. As far as Islands goes, like Lizard it gets dismissed by some fans and Fripp regrets making it, it has its dull parts (the title track and most of the opener) but some near-genius moments.

I've heard Larks and in the Court.

In the Court>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Larks

That be da troof. Don't bother debating. I'm right. 'Nuff said.

Goddammit, can we have one conversation that doesn't involve hipsters? You people are obsessed

Anyway, I found out the other day that Adrian Belew is actually an ace guitar player. Had no idea.

(BTW, the correct answer to this poll has changed to Starless And Bible Black, in case nobody got the memo)

The answer has changed to I cannot decide between about 4 of them. Also, what's the point of choosing one over the other. Pfft.

Especially with a band like KC who never treads the same path and continually reinvents itself. They all have a different vibe.

How is it I've never posted in this thread before :erk:

1) In the Court...
2) Red (a very close #2)
3) Lark's Tongues In Aspic

I may or may not have mostly picked Lark's so I don't have the same list Ken had 6 years ago :loco:

I've been listening to Lizard a lot since the Wilson remaster came out, and now realizing I'd not ever given that album nearly enough credit; it's no longer down there with Islands like I used to consider it. I have no idea if this is due to a better sounding remaster or what, I wasn't too familiar with the original.
