Favorite spring/summer movies so far

I haven't seen any 2006 movies so far really. I saw Underworld 2, and I liked it. But I haven't seen anything that made me go WOW. I still need to see Pirates of the Caribean 2, I love the first on.

"Silent Hill" was very good indeed. Also loved "A History of Violence" with Viggo Mortensen.
I hope they make a sequal for Silent Hill. The only thing I didn't like was how fake the violence looked and that Pyramid Head was just some regular monster. I don't even play video games too much, but the Silent Hill ones kick ass. No movie ever felt that creepy for me like those games do. In the SIlent Hill 2 game, Pyramid Head is probably one of the most effectively horrific characters ever.

That's because in games you get shocks much easier since you are concentrating on other stuff, and that you need to live yourself into the games to play them. You can just kickback and see a movie, you can't kickback and play a game.

It's not like that with Silent Hill 2 as much. It's pretty easy not to die (I always play it on easy since I'm even too lazy for video games), it's the whole atmosphere and the way the things look mixed with the sounds and music. There's blood and rust everywhere, the mosters look really weird but kind of humanish and Pyramid Head rapes and kills other monsters. It's also really creepy the way everything is set up for you. You only end up seeing a couple of other people in the game, but there are notes for you all over the place and some of them are really threatening. It's the way they did the whole thing. Those Japanese people know how to make horror that's for sure.

When it's dark and foggy outside, check out this movie called Infection. That movie will scare the shit out of you the first time you see it. The only thing scarier is Roseanne in a nightgown

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!:puke:

Roseanne lost all that exessive weight and had several plastic operations...she looks quite good now except the lifeless face thing...
and well she's jewish so she can get away with pretty much anything...even marrying Tom Arnold:erk:

I didn't know she was Jewish. I just thought she got into that Kaballah trend like Madonna and Titney Spears
I still hate her though. She annoys the shit out of me, just as much as Tom Arnold.
Chuck Schuldiner is Jewish http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_Schuldiner , and he's a true musical god and genius! I don't think he was observant or anything, but it's still pretty cool. His mom does a lot to keep his memory alive. She always answers emails and everything. It was really great when she said how much she loved my review of The Sounds Of Perseverance.
