It doesn't have to have anything with the production either...as we all agree that they are all pretty sick ;).

Mine would have to be Apologies Are For the Weak by Miss May I. I remember my friend buying it and I was like "Goddamn, those DRUMS!!!". Plus, the guitar work is quite phenomenal. I have always been a fan of metalcore bands that slightly delved in their heavier counterpart.

three ... for different reasons (in no particular order).

let's get it - digital spaces ep (because it's just incredible pop music).

tdwp - zombie ep (originality and signature production characteristics).

wcar - u.w.w.g.t.b. (joey's best production to date).

***joey is one of my favorite engineers/producers, so (like the other favorites) i can listen and love every facet of the music and be completely entertained.

Asking Alexandria - Stand Up and Scream. For how simple and straight forward it is.

OM&M - Self titled. Not only for the production but for the song writing.

Attack Attack - Self titled. It's simply a force that I physically can feel go through me.

*side question: Did Joey do Within The Ruins - Invade ??

Before Their Eyes - Untouchable. my favorite songs from any joey production. very radio friendly.

Attila - Outlawed. love the guitar n bass tone on this album, and the lyrics are hilarious.

Emmure - Speaker of the Dead. not a fan of the music but cant deny how massive the production is. the bass tone is insane.

To move on is to grow (single) - WCAR.

And I hate myself for this, but I can't stop listening to Attila - Outlawed. The vocal rhythms are ridiculous. As are the lyrics (in a different way).

Miss May I - Monument (I like the fact that he sampled the drummer's kit for this CD - he should do that more often.)

TDWP - Zombie EP (I think the production on this is iconic haha, love all the cinematic stuff, and the guitar tone/keyboards)

I think both of these albums emphasize more on that "Comic Book" style Joey likes to call his sound.

+3
stand up and scream is so tight
Om&m has that killer bass
And attack attack self titled is so raw (I remember when I first heard A for Andrew...) I love those 3 albums

I'll add zombie EP though. Uhmazing.

best recording imo

asking alexandria - reckless & relentless

my favorite taste wise
___________________________
Attack Attack! - self titled
TDWP - Zombies
Through Arteries - This Is Just The Beginning

:headbang:

Asking Alexandria - Reckless and Relentless: The production on EVERYTHING is insane, and I really like the songs. Better than the first imo.
Of Mice And Men - Of Mice And Men: Production is great, and I like the songwriting better then on their second.

Attila - Outlawed (absolutely ridiculous lyrics and spot on everything)
WCAR - Understanding.. (i agree with Tim, best production to date, insanity.)
Attack Attack - self titled (the kick on this, stellar)

Attack Attack - Self Titled - Literally feels like being punched in the face. First time i heard Smokahontas i literally wanted to launch a nuclear missile.
WCAR - UWWGTB - Best Production to date, insane screamed vocals, tight precise drums, really brings out the drummers cymbalwork, just a massive sounding record.
Confide - Recover - Just an over all tight sounding album, every song flows into the next with such great taste. Simplicity done at its finest.
TDWP - Zombie - Just because it literally has its own unique feel to it. Its just epicly grim.

So i picked 4 ;)

The Devil Wears Prada - Zombie EP. Awesome guitar sound.
Asking Alexandria - Reckless and Relentless.
