I would of probably voted AJFA, but I went for MOP since it was an amazing record, even though it is overplayed. ON a musicians note, Metallica are down picking palm muters for most the time, and playing along to MOP utilizing that method is a great forearm workout.

What's funny is that I use an ever so slight forearm motion when picking or strumming, but when I downstroke palm mutes I only use my wrist to pick. I can go really fast & clean when using my wrist for downstrokes, but I can't shred while only using my wrist tendons.

I always down pick palm mutes, except for the fast ones, like on Angel of Death for example.

Thats good, there are many cheaters out there. Hetfield is hella fast with downpicking thrash. I remember seeing a video from 87 were he played Master faster than what it was on the record using all downpicks. I thought this dudes the shit.

I should of said good wrist workout, because thats mainly what you should be using.

MoP and AJFA are tied imo. Maybe a slight edge to MoP. I'm sure someone else has to have noticed this, but both of those albums have damn near the same exact layout. I wonder if it was intended or not. To clarify:

Song 1 - Both are energetic heavy riff monster opening songs.

Song 2 - The title tracks. Both long and complex.

Song 3 - Mid-paced catchy songs. Nothing to special about them. Though I will say, The Thing That Should Not Be is a killer song and blows Eye of the Beholder out of the water.

Song 4 - Heavy ballad style.

After song four is where the similarities start to wane due to the three shit songs on AJFA called The Shortest Straw, Harvester of Sorrow, and Frayed Ends of Sanity. However, each album ends the same exact way. Each have an epic feeling instrumental song, and a return to their heavy side to end the album with a bang.

Amirite or what?

edit: I changed my mind, MoP owns the shit out of AJFA as a collective work of art. Blackened, AJFA, One, and TLITD are all masterpieces though.

The production, the drumming and the vocals are what makes AJFA better. Fantastic flow too. No out of the blue interludes like in the title track on MOP, no seemingly out of place stop-start sections like on Leper Messiah

Wow. No Justice and apparently Fuel is an album.

OP is a retard.

Anway, Justice is for me their best album.

Speaking in terms of the music I care about.
I don't take dance rap, country, or any other shitty type of music into account when speaking of music.

and the maturity level just gets lower and lower... All Hail He Who Never Expands His Mind Or Grows Up :notworthy:goggly::lol:

there is some fucking awesoem dance, techno and chill out music... some early rap has amazing lyrics and beats as well... actually if you took the stupid lyrics from most modern rap/hiphop/rnb the production of beats and synths is usual quite outstanding... but then again you obviously live in mum's basement listening to metal and masturbating over D &D elf chicks so you wouldn't know
