feedback/ringing out monitor program

a while ago someone posted a link to a program that had a 31 band eq, and gave you a feedback frequency, and you dropped out the frequency on the eq, a monitor ringing out simulator if you will.

does anyone have the link to the program? i searched and couldn't find anything. thanks!
