while doing some cleaning...i accidently removed all of my bands recording raw files along with some midi's...
now i feel like shit
how do i recover? i never faced this kind of problem before

There are some hard disc recovery programs. When you delete files, they don't actually get erased, they are just overwritten with new data later, so technically there is a chance to get them back. I've done this before after accidentally wiping out an entire drive.

@Sloan i used "stellar phoneix"
which has a huge ranking.. borrowed from a friend
still no help.. all the .wav files are in 1kb size :|
and diffrent code names... some recovered but i dont need those..
its recovered around 6gb from C drive... basically my project files are gone thats the most hardest part...

Easus recovery is pretty good. They have a limited free version to see if you can get anything back.

Data loss just sucks. Permanently worried about HDD failures. Heard once that your data doesn't exist unless it's in three different places. Not strictly true, but I understand the sentiment.

My drive died from a faulty firmware and i had to leave it to a specialist for data recovery(An old 500gb Seagate Barracuda.).. it ended up costing me over 400eur with the recovery and swapping to a fresh drive.
Three days later my new drive of a different brand died because of the very same firmware error(It was a 1TB Samsung F1), so yeah.. that experience taught me to never trust a hard drive again! :lol:

My OS corrupted on me a few months ago. Luckily for me, the Dell tech let me keep the old HD so I could pull all of my data off of it. Good luck and best wishes.

99,9% of the time an OS corrupts a drive its in the partitioning or even more likely the master boot record.
Both of these errors can be repaired fairly easy with repair discs.
