Filming a Symphony X concert?

Is there any way I could get permission to film a Symphony X show that is coming up?, and who should I contact for that?

Nope. After being burned by someone doing the same, swearing to give a copy only to the band, & ending up selling copies of the show all over the damn place, the odds of the band giving permission to film a show to someone they don't know are VERY slim.

Ummm how about an offical filming, for the sake of the fans who are dying to see live videos of symphony x. please i think many would agree with me that releasing a dvd or video is a excellent/profitable idea, could u pass it to them????

They plan to do a dvd in time, but they want to collect enough material to make it a good one, so hang in there..it'll happen

Since I don't really have a chance of seeing them live.... I want (I HAVE TO) see them live (either in real life, or dvd..) before I leave this world..
