I have to admit these stupid badly acted movies are a guilty pleasure, sure it's just the same movie remade every time but seeing untalented teenage actors dying in very inventive ways is just big dumb fun. And the new one is maybe the best one since the first, I hate that everything has to be in 3D now but this one made very good use of it, blood flying at your face = good times!

I liked the first one. I would've liked at least one major character to survive a while, though. Just like Saw, once the killed Jigsaw (who is one of the coolest movie characters as far as I'm concerned) I couldn't care less anymore.

Also not a fan of 3D. Haven't seen this series since the third film, but I could get back in to it. Maybe the 3D is the "something new" it needed. I'm fine with everyone but the Candyman dying each film. I'd kill him too, though, sooner or later.

Hmm, I may have to check this out. I liked the first Final Destination mostly as well, but thought the rest were completely stupid--even with the inventive scenes. It gets kind of old when that's the entire movie. Just like the Saw movies too. The first was cool, but then the rest were just non stop remakes of the same shit. I think the most memorable death from the FD movies for me was when the roller coaster when nuts. And then the next would be the scene with the truck carrying logs.

I am traveling to see my sis this weekend and take her to watch the FD movie. That is one of "our things"...watch silly, gory horror movies and laugh. Ahhhhh...good times.

Zombieland was pretty bad ass too!!

I stayed after work to watch this, it was actually not bad considering how bad the third and probably fourth one were (I didn't even bother with that one).
