Final schedule?

All festivities on 7/13-14 right? Nothing before or after? Heard something about BBQ? Cheap hotel still valid? Fill this helpless soul in. I am finalizing all the details about getting my lame ass down there... but there are still a number of questions I need answered. Everything is still just 13 and 14, Cheap hotel is still valid, there will be a party on the patio each day right up until the show starts. Lots of good food and cold beer, the bands will be there just hanging out and its gonna be great.
