All I know is Steele Reserve is a VILE beverage. IceHouse and Miller High Light Life are delicious libations... Of course, they do not compare to a Grey Goose / Cranberry mixer but.. that is neither here nor there. In fact.. its 6 to 1, half dozen to the other.
 
Im not into Grey Goose either... not that its bad, its just standard... do yourself a favor.. kill some Christiania vodka if you get the chance... stellar shit.

And, considering this topic was about James wearing a backstage t-shirt for yardwork.. I dont think the integrity of the thread has mattered much.. so, straying offtopic, I think is all gravy in this situation...

Steel Reserve is the greatest beer of all time, every can is an adventure because some are very smooth and others are very harsh. Either way, it's only for the hardcore, the weak need not apply. After all, anything worth doing, is worth doing right.

Point is.. Steele Reserve is so fucking METALIC, being dispensed from that aluminum can. I realize the alch content is very high, but if I drank one right now, I am gonig to hork. That's a quick adventure.. Drink one, puke.. no quarter coin slot for 3 new lives. =)

It's not for everyone (in fact I think I'm the only one that drinks it for fun), but you can get some crazy adventures. Last week I drank a twelver of it and ended up walking around my friend's neighborhood for a couple of hours at 2:00 am throwing my socks at cars and terrifying his neighbors. Ah, good times.:grin:

IN all fairness i Think it is STEELE with an E after that L.

In any case, that stuff is toxic and will gear you up for trouble. In my nightmares, I might drink 6 of them..

If Lopes ever managed to get rad and score a top 20 hit, he will have at least 20 people emailing steele reserve asking for some kind of endorsement.. as harsh as that is..

i use a GMX212 and th BG412F its an OK setup. Its awsome for the price, but its no comparison to spengin muho bucks on something GOOD....

I like me behringer stuff, for being on a really tight budget it does the job. The GMX actually sounds really good live, its gets that tube like feedback, big and thick. Its pretty impressive for a modeling amp.

Its not gonna sounds as good as high end amps so dont expect it to, but if you looking for decent tone and an extremely affordable price. you cant go wrong.

Dollar for dollar it BLOWS away anything by crate. I actually like this behringer ALOT more than i did my BV350, yea the BV350 was tube but it just sounded like someone farted in your cake.

Ok heres a clip of the behringer, i dunno. im not good at determining good tone, but i think its sounds good. Its not a recto so dont comapre it to one ...lol

Ok this is what was used.

I run an OLP Petrucci with a Dimarzio Paf Pro in the bridge and a Tone zone in the neck. It runs into a Ibanez TS808 (gift from my dad when i was 18 :) ) used as a clean boost into the front of the amp. The amp is a GMX 212 which is totally bone stock.

I recorded this using a PC mic cause its the only mic i got at the moment ...lol

It was miced dead center on the cone.

No EQ or effects were added, the delay is direct from the amp. i forgot to turn off the delay in the 1st rythm section ...lol

And the playing is sloppy as hell cause i suck....lol
