Ok heres a clip of the behringer, i dunno. im not good at determining good tone, but i think its sounds good. Its not a recto so dont comapre it to one ...lol

Ok this is what was used.

I run an OLP Petrucci with a Dimarzio Paf Pro in the bridge and a Tone zone in the neck. It runs into a Ibanez TS808 (gift from my dad when i was 18 ) used as a clean boost into the front of the amp. The amp is a GMX 212 which is totally bone stock.

I recorded this using a PC mic cause its the only mic i got at the moment ...lol

It was miced dead center on the cone.

No EQ or effects were added, the delay is direct from the amp. i forgot to turn off the delay in the 1st rythm section ...lol

And the playing is sloppy as hell cause i suck....lol

So, did you have the cab mic'd or the combo amp? I've been thinking about getting a BG412F and wondered if it's got any depth in it. I don't want a ton of highs when I crank up the volume, know what I mean? I dig the clip btw, sounds pretty good.

As far as the behringer that was the Cab miced. It wasnt all that loud, afterall it was like 10:00 at night and people were sleeping ...lol

all in all it sounds better than my crate did, and it sounds better than a V-amp or those new cyber lick my nut sack fenders, and its about 1/3 of the price.

Want something affordable as a backup cab or if your broke like me. Its a good choice ...lol
