Yep. Just got to order the rack rails. Then picks once it's loaded (with panel blocks cause I are broke as shit)!

i found the bottom part of a metal desk and a giant piece of wood (a weird door?) in the attic of this place and it's my desk. it's not huge or anything, but it works!

Holy shit dude, did you stain and polyurethane that? Looks killer, though is that top shelf high enough? And what are the little shelves and such on the bottom racks for?
Yeah I'm pretty sure it's polyurethane. The discoloration on the right rack is dust. The top shelf is right at eye level and perfect for my audio monitors (as long as you sit up and have good posture lol).
I guess the little shelves are either for CDs or books. I can't see them being good for anything else. Apparently your supposed to be able to fit a cpu in one of them somehow (yeah right, my mac doesn't even come close).
The box on top is a pull out keyboard/mouse holder deal.
Anyhow like I said pics once it's all loaded with my shit.

I made a similar desk with plans off that website. I built it with my father and he insisted on doing the measurements...I should have not let that happen. My rack gear won't fit in the rackspaces because he measured improperly. 
Oh well.
My only suggestion is to get a support under the top level because if you don't, it will start to warp downwards.

DUDE!!!! how long have i been looking for some decent plans, thanks a lot, this a design i wanted, buying now. for mine i think im gonna use some veneers over the plywood.

My father built it, I bought the plans.
I think between glue, hardware and the 2 sheets of plywood to build it. Somewhere just shy of the $200 mark.
