Congratulations for misinterpreting what I said. It was all my opinion, I said I didn't like his singing, not that he was a bad singer (thats why I put IMO after I gave my opinion). I also stated I like other vocalists more than him. I admit posting a fail picture was an immature way of stating my opinion but it was still just an opinion. I acknowledge that he is a good singer, I just think there are better vocalists in Metal that the OP could show to his voice teacher.
Last time I checked saying you think a singer is bad and saying a singer is bad were completely different things.
Learn how to use English please. "I think a singer is bad" and "A singer is bad" are the exact same statement. They are both variations on the statement, "[A/The/whatever]Singer is bad".
Bad, as in, not good.
Which is an objective measure.
A subjective measure has nothing to do with "good" or "bad", "sucks" or "rules" or "is shit. A subjective measure is, "I don't LIKE Bruce Dickinson".
Let me give you some examples:
Objective statement of fact:
"[I think that] Bruce Dickinson sucks at singing"
"[I think that] James Hetfield is a good singer"
"Russell Allan is a great singer"
Subjective statement of opinion:
"I don't like Bruce Dickinson's vocal style"
"I prefer James Hetfield's voice"
"Into Eternity has my favorite singing"
Learn the difference, and expand your mental capacity!
