First mix including my drummer, This is only the second time I've tried recording drums at my own house.

Kick is a blend of 2 samples, Snare is a sample. Toms I'm trying to keep natural.
I haven't had a chance, or the balls to try any drum editing other then some manual gating of the toms.

Unfortunately I do not have great mixing speakers, so anything you guys can point out would be helpful!

Drums are really nice! The high end of the cymbals is a bit harsh, but that's about it. I love the guitar tone too.

Are the vocals widened or something? They sound kinda weird.

To XnaySaturo: Maybe I'll try Lowpassing the cymbals a bit?
And yes there's Waves Doubler on the lead vocal track, I like the effect; it helps glue in the vocals but I agree it's a little too much
