First mix/recording with real drums

This is a pretty short clip from a song I'm currently working with. My first attempt on mixing and recording real drums.

The kick is 100% replaced, snare and toms are blended with samples. Guitars are quad-tracked and no real bass at the moment.

Any suggestions on how I can improve the mix is very much welcome because I'm stuck, can't really put my finger on what's wrong.

EDIT: Added another version with less reverb on the snare and did some cutting on the guitars.

Sounds good to me. Not real big on the gainy guitar tone, sounds a bit overgained or stuffy. What amp? Drums sound good to me, what kick sample is that blended in?
