When I first got it about a year ago I had some serious stability issues so I bought a firewire card with a TI chipset and that solved it and seemed to make it work fine.
For a while now I have been having this really strange issue. I get random audio glitches from time to time, like a small fizzing sound.
Once or twice the whole thing has stopped and the audio from my computer is just a wall static noise and I have to restart my pc to get it to work.
I have noticed when I place my hand on the top it is quite warm (I would say hotter than it should be).
My PC spec:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 (More than enough)
6GB RAM
Windows 7 x64
(i dought it is the pc)
I have ignored this up to now but it really is starting to drive me :hotjump:
I don't know where else to turn for help because the Focusrite help section does not have anything that sounds like it can help.
