Hi guys, I posted this a couple of weeks back in the sticky but have had no response yet. I am looking at buying a Focusrite Saffire Pro 26 as an upgrade to my Presonus Audiobox 2x2. What I am wondering is am I going to need a DI box to lower the signal when I record through DI? Currently the signal is far too hot when using my Presonus for DI.

If I would still need to get a DI box with the Focusrite then I may not bother with the upgrade, and I'll just get a DI to use with the Presonus.

Do you guys like the converters of the saffire or rme is the way?I'm thinking getting also the pro 26 and save money unless the difference with rme ucx or babyface pro is not so much a night and day?
