Guys. I'm havin' some problems with my Focusrite Scarlett 18i6. I have problems with reamping. I hear normal DI sound in my 5150 LOL. I've got 2x Monitor OUT and 1x Headphones out. I'm using 1 Monitor out directly to my reampobx, but there's no distorton. Where's problem? Monitor Out = Line Out?

What means no distortion - no signal or weak signal?
What reamper do you use? Line output level of Scarlett 18i6 should be relatively fine for reamping (only 4 db lower than +20 dbu).

Had the same problem when going through a mate's scarlett. Finally figured out that the outputs are unbalanced and work just fine when not using a reamp box, just needed a slight boost from the TS.

5150 works just like an normal speaker. I can listen to mp3 in it....
I don't know - at the first time I've used - I did something and everything was fine - 5150 was reamping. But now I can't.
I've Palmer DACCAPO.
In cubase 5: I've set stereo output on headphones, mono (reamping) on monitor1. I don't kniw how to set MixControl to separate outputs ;/

Outputs are max (they are even clipping)
Monitoring knob is on min. While I rise it I get very loud fizz.

I don't know any specifics about the scarlett, but that's how I do it with my pro 40: (video by guitarguru)

except that I use also a palmer d'accapo

Thanks CubanDude I'll try to check this settings on my scarlett as soon as I get to my rehearsal room.
Do you find there's a big difference between reamp via Palmer and reamping directly from interface?

never tried direct reamping. i could, if you want to, but i also had some problems getting my sound the way it's supposed to be.. reamping is not that easy somehow :)

Hello,

Thanks for this thread.

What operating system are you using and what version of Scarlett Mix Control, as well as which version of the Focusrite driver have you installed?

The outputs on our Scarlett interfaces are balanced.
