My powerball is starting to sound weak and probably needs new tubes. The red lights inside are almost white - those are supposed to be the tube monitor lights, correct?
So what tubes are the best replacement? I've never replaced tubes on an amp before. My tone preference is a blackened death metal sort of sound, maybe think Behemoth-like All i know is right now it sounds like its balls got cut off
Also, is there any cheaper footswitch than the Z4 that would still do all 4 channels?
