Jesus dude, that's ridiculous - are you saying like people sitting/lying at the side of the highway unloading at passing cars, or people in cars shooting at others?
here in southern CA, there seems to be a string of highway shootings once a year. whats weird is that theyre not even during the "rush hour" period (which is soon to be extinct anyways and it wont even matter what time, there will be traffic). not gang related either, just seemingly random highway shootings at night. they'll have like 3-5 in a month and then nothing for like a year. really weird. i woulda expected them at 5:30 on a weekday, ala Falling Down (michael douglas movie).
Yeah, I gotta say, there's few things us New Yorkers laugh at (and fear) like a New Jersey license plate
I pride myself on being a good driver. Tell-tale signs of a SHITTY NJ driver:
-Changing lanes at random, no signal. As if I'm not directly in your path.
-Chaning lanes horridly slow, no signal.
-Changing lanes horridly slow, while signaling lol.
-Following within 4-5" of my bumper, on the highway, doing around 60-70mph.
-Traveling well below the speed limit. I think this one is the worst for me.
-Traveling well below the speed limit when there is the tiniest amount of rain coming down.
-Not clearing your car off after it snows, but leaving a 6" diameter hole on your windshields. This causes the snow to explode at high speeds and come racing towards my windshield lol.
I could go on all day.

This thread is now about chicks with guns.
God bles.... erm, Deity of your choice Bless you!
Assuming Hell-Ay is your term for L.A.?
south of downtown, right off MLK... normally i'd try and add a youtube clip of Chris Rock discussing the irony of MLK's vision and the reality of the streets named after him. but i'm at work and they block it. its very apropo (sp?) though. In the 3 cities I've lived where there was an MLK Blvd, they were all "bad" areas of town.
Ooh, was NYC one of 'em? Not that I know of the Manhattan MLK Blvd. being particularly bad, but grew up near it!
