LOVING the production on For Today's new album.
It's not that it's anything special, but it's perfect for the band.

Imho that "radio" effect as intro to a song is way overused today, due to that I stopped using it
even for the songs where I think it fits very well...
 
I agree with the radio effect.
Another thing I noticed is the snare seems really high passed. I've never heard such a high frequency snare and not gonna lie I kinda like it.
Also that white noise fizzy effect he's got going on with the snare reverb during the really heavy parts sounds new to me too.
Is this common among Putney's productions?
