Here are some Samples I created for my Indie Rock band, I know Indie Rock isn't metal... But I'm a metal producer so I figured they had a metal edge to them. There are eq'd and un-eq'd samples without compression or verb. Enjoy!

Drum kits Include 26" DW Collectors Kicks and 22" Pearl Reference Kicks. The snare samples are from a 6.5" Tama Starclassic Maple shell with powerstroke 3 batter head tuned to about 88-90 on Drum Dial.

P.S. The files are maily .aif files hope all you PC peeps can open them. I don't own a PC so I have no idea if they are compatible.

Enough B.S. Here's the link.

Thanks a lot!

Can maybe anybody upload it as a rar or zip file for all the pc users?

Dude, haven't seen you around here in years. Looks like you've posted only once or twice per year for like the last three years at least...

Woahhh, so you're the one who did Intronaut! Love that band/sound. =D

Thanks for the samples!

Damn you did Intronaut, that's rad. I love the drum sounds on both the last albums. Haven't heard the first. I was completely blown away by them when I saw them with Mastodon in DC a few years back. Went out and bought Prehistoricisms the next day. Great work dude.

Thanks Rob they are a great band. However, I have only done their First E.P. "Null", Their First Album - "Void" and then their E.P. 3 song release "The Challenger"

Josh Newell has done their last 2 albums... Prehistorisms and Valley of Smoke.

My mistake. I was kind of shocked because I would have recognized your name from the liner notes. I thought it had slipped past. I bought Valley of Smoke from iTunes so no liner notes there anyway. I honestly haven't heard "Null", "Void", or "The Challenger" but everything they do is gold. I need to check it out.
