Free mac impulse loader?

I am not a mac user but I have a friend I'm setting up. Cubase on mac and I cannot find a free impulse loader for mac. Google was a fail so, can anybody offer a little help?

Did that. AU is all I found after getting over the horrible search engine that won't search "mac". A few PT RTAS as well but no vst.

I don't know any free impulse loader for Mac-VST. SIR 2 is a commercial alternative. In Revalver MKII or III a impulse loader is included.

It's often hard to find good freeware plug-ins for Mac.

Man, Cubase must suck on mac, if it can't even take AUs.

Seeing as you mentioned Cubase but not which version it's hard to say, there is one already built into Cubase 5. Apart from that you'll need to buy one, there is SIR2 which is very popular here, but there is also http://www.mellowmuse.com/IR1A.html, revalver has one. I opted for IR1A myself, for 30 snots it was nothing

Mac user here. There aren't any free VST impulse loaders. Best he can do for now is ReValverMKIII demo or purchase Mellowmuse's IR1A for $50.

I've tried searching around, does anyone know of a free impulse loader that is available in RTAS? I've found IR1A, and I'll probably get it if I can't find a free alternative, but I'd love to save the money.

The only free loader for Mac is AU and it is LAconvolver. Although I think LePou, or one of those guys, is converting his plugs over to Mac but no eta so far.

I am currently, but I'm weighing up the pros and cons of moving to PT9 at the moment. It looks as if IR1A is the best option right now

Actually, I use SIR2 the most. But IR1A is still an awesome plug for the price.

SIR 2 is better, but it should be it cost more.

Why don't you use the Reverence that comes with Cubase?
