You get them from tones you like in the music you like. (or not, might be a crap song with cool tone) If you're lucky you'll catch some of those "isolated segments" dude is talking about.

- but it's also hard to find songs that have an isolated part (then your usually away from the desk when you do).. If he has them already it would be really rad to share with the community I think anyway
