has anyone ever checked them out? if not, you should give it a shot! they create some really creepy soundscape type stuff, without using a smothering amount of effects....they play very interesting, unconventional arrangements.

not that i'm even starting to compare Fugazi and Opeth.they're two very different bands...but..both bands seem to have that 'fast....slow' arrangements...and all the intensity in between.

Seriously, this is the problem with the board. Apparently it's some kind of rule that all threads must be directly related to Opeth. Ok, so it's an Opeth forum, but not everything can or should be directly related. I think it'd be a good idea to make sub-forums. At the least, have two adjacent forums; one for band-related material, one for non-band-related material. How can a real discussion take place within the confines of one single band, as many aspects of music, culture etc. the band may cover?
