I think I remember that, and there was one at a zoo in China I think where baby fell into the ape enclosure and the big momma ape actually grabbed the kid and nurtured it

Yeah it probably was. We had a baboon at Melbourne zoo that escaped it's enclosure and tricked it's handlers last time we were there. The handlers were telling people how it's hiding under the big rug, then the bastard jumped on the roof of look out area and down onto the path.
