I reckon that could be Metallica's new thing. Kirk needs to stand up first but him Jaymz and Rob can spend each show crab walking and then when they are off stage they can all crab walk places. Kind of like the way KISS' thing was to wear makeup everywhere Metallica can crab walk their way everywhere. It could be a new tag line for the shoes they are selling.
