How would you go about slowing the track down? Do you have a plug-in or other program that does it? I have a program that slows things down but the quality of the audio suffers greatly.

Ack..I was going to try a plug-in that I have..but have never used.
Sounds like you have more experience...I dunno if my plug in would come at a quality cost...I imagine it would..like the software pitch shifters and such that I have..
