G12T-75 vs. Greenback

I have the chance to trade my T75's out of my 1960 cab for a set of greenbacks. Should I do it? I'm mostly running a Dual Rectumfryer through it. I'll be blending with a 5150/V30 Setup.

It´s me or greenbacks have less low mid and more hi mid ?? May it´s too harsh for me...

GBs are much clearer and defined in that comparison, to my ears, anyway.

Keep in mind that it's the typical Sneap tone and he probably dialed it through V30's before moving to other cabinets for the shootout.

I love both tones. What marshall are you using? Do you have another comparison with V30's?

It's Sneap cabinets/mics shootout, not mine. I seem to remember he has several 1960b and a 1960ax or bx.

I thought the Greenbacks sounded really nice in this particular clip. The 75s, by contrast, had more of an unpleasant nasally sound to them.

I agree, it was less clear than the greenbacks. Still sounded great to me, I just love the marshall tone
